Mozzarella di Bufala
Crafted in the traditional Italian style, our buffalo mozzarella is renowned for its creamy texture and rich flavor. Made from the milk of our locally raised water buffalo, it offers a fresh and authentic taste experience. It's known for its milky, sweet taste and a soft, elastic texture that tears slightly when pulled.
Buffalo Gelato
Indulge in the rich, creamy goodness of our handcrafted buffalo milk gelato. This gelato is naturally higher in protein and healthy fats, creating a luxuriously smooth texture and deep, satisfying flavor. Made with 100% A2/A2 milk for easier digestion.
Buffalo Milk
Our pasteurized buffalo milk is a delicious and nutritious alternative to cow's milk. It contains higher levels of protein and calcium, and is rich in healthy fats. Additionally, buffalo milk is all 100% A2/A2 milk, which is easier to digest for some individuals.

Water buffalo milk contains only A2 casein protein, unlike most cow’s milk. A2 casein is easier to digest and less likely to cause inflammation or digestive issues.
The higher fat and protein content make it an energy-dense food, beneficial for growing children, athletes, and really everyone.
Its rich vitamin and mineral content supports a healthy immune system. Naturally higher in iron, phosphorus, magnesium, and zinc, as well as vitamins A, E and B, particularly B2 (riboflavin) and B12, which are important for energy production and brain health.
